Documents Considered

I have reviewed the contents of documents made available to me thus far in this case. Those which concern mathematical modelling of the South Park ground water system have been analyzed in detail and the detailed findings therefrom presented in a separate report. The documents which my colleagues and I have considered in this case, evaluated and, where appropriate relied upon, are listed as follows. Included in this list are documents containing information on the Applicant's modelling of the South Park ground water system, i.e. the framework, data utilized, embedded assumptions, the calibration procedure and outcome, and its applications. Such information was supplemented with conversations, correspondence and deposition testimony, wherever appropriate.

The following list of documents is arranged first in alphabetical order of the first author's last name and then in chronological order by date of publication.
