This report has been prepared by Dr. Willem A. Schreüder and Dr. Devraj Sharma, scientists and engineers with Principia Mathematica Inc. (Principia). It presents their efforts to assemble, evaluate and analyze relevant mathematical modelling information concerning the application for water rights in South Park. These efforts were made on behalf of Park County, the Upper South Platte Water Conservancy District, the Center of Colorado Water Conservancy District and certain other Objectors (Objectors) in the Case No. 96CW014, Water Division I: Application for Water Rights by Park County Sportsmen's Ranch, LLP (Applicant).

The report is intended to convey scientific findings, concerning the Applicant's modelling of the South Park ground water system in support of the Application, which have been derived from Principia's analyses. Accordingly, this report contains: the information assembled and evaluated by Principia from documents to which access has been available; analyses of such information; and, the scientific and engineering findings, inferences and conclusions derived from reviews and analyses of available information. It includes a list of references, i.e. documents from which relevant information concerning the Applicant's model and its predictions was extracted, and a glossary of scientific terms concerning modelling.
