
39th ANNUAL PEDERSON FAMILY REUNION (2010) Tentative Schedule & Organized Events

	COLORADO OR BUST!! Travel Checklist As you prepare to travel "West", some items you might want to bring along include: frisbee, softball gloves & bats, camera, video camera, tennis racket, racquet ball racket, swim suit, sunglasses, sun screen, insect repellent, lotion, jackets, flashlights, night lights, musical instruments, cards, games, puzzles, tennis shoes, hiking boots, binoculars, fishing pole & gear, your appetite, and of course, LUTEFISK!

	Tentative Reunion Schedule A tentative schedule (PDF File) for Reunion events & festivities is available for Thursday, July 29 - Monday, August 2, 2010. Organized events include a Friday evening BBQ, Saturday Potluck, and Sunday Celebration

	OPTIONAL: Pederson Family Fishing Derby If you like to fish, come join us for a good old fashioned fishing derby! Saturday, July 31 8:00 am - 10:00 am Sunset Ridge Pond (At US 40 turnoff to Cole Cabin) You can fish in either the Pond or along the Fraser River using spinning or fly fishing gear (artificial bait, lures, flies). In case you don't have any fishing gear, we will have some that you can use. In addition, "prizes" will be awarded for the Most Fish, Biggest Fish, etc... 	39th Annual Pederson Reunion Potluck Bring your appetites & some food to share as we partake in the Annual Pederson Family Reunion Potluck! 	Sunday Celebration For those interested, please join us for a time of celebrating our Lord through song, musical instruments, scripture, and sharing. Sunday, August 1 9:00-10:00 a.m. Old Schoolhouse Park 153 Fraser Ave Fraser (coffee, juice, & donuts provided) Here's your official invitation to join us! We welcome ANY & ALL Pedersons to participate in the celebration. Simply let us know how you'd like to participate!

	OPTIONAL: Excursion to Corona For those interested, please join us for an excursion on Rollins Pass to Corona and the Needle's Eye tunnel. Prior to the construction of Moffat Tunnel, trains would travel on Rollins Pass over the Continental Divide. Although this pass is now closed at Needle's Eye tunnel, the road is fairly well-maintained up to the tunnel, is full of Colorado railroad history, and provides beautiful scenic views of the Fraser Valley (West) as well as the east side of the Continental Divide. The Excursion Party will gather immediately following the Sunday Celebration to coordinate vehicles for the drive to Corona. Once at Corona, we will enjoy a picnic lunch (Bring Your Own Lunch - BYOL; we'll have some coolers available at the Sunday Celebration for your lunch items), and have an opportunity to hike up to Needle's Eye tunnel and beyond, and enjoy the beautiful Colorado scenery.
